The design objective for Rimbayu shops is to provide a functional and coordinated response to the the way shops work and function. Key in the façade design was to recognise the role that signages play and to design a signage friendly façade. Each level has its own façade space and the main roof wall can accommodate a 3.4m high signboard. The ac and water tanks spaces and room are also versatile and fully accessible without having to encroach office space.
